Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of the outcome. Information relating to accreditation is retained in line with CSEAB record-keeping requirements.

Information obtained in the course of accreditation activities is treated as confidential and is disclosed only where required by law or with the consent of the organisation concerned.
